Titan June Employee Spotlight goes to Miranda Byers!
Shout out to Miranda for being TOP producer in the POD Department approving 182 customers (37%) of our STP’s Approved in June.
She eagerly takes on new loan programs, asks questions about anything new she encounters and then shares her knowledge with the team and bankers.
After four months in her role Miranda has proven herself to be a very detailed and organized team member that has a great “can do” attitude every day.
In addition to approving the STP’s for the team she also assigns our processors their loans every day.

John has been a Top 3 Nationally Ranked Banker for almost a decade. His experience provided him extensive insight into how best to create an employee-centric environment at Titan Mutual Lending. His work as Founding Partner and CEO will guide Titan to be a leader in the industry, known for compassionate care of its customers. Originally from Connecticut, he currently resides in Arizona, where he has dedicated himself to helping others. John built his path of dedication through both volunteer and Emergency Medicine work.
